  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We truly appreciate your patience during busy periods.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times within India:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 5-8 business days

  • Remote locations: May take a little longer depending on courier service availability

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • Repeated order refusals may affect future COD availability.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event of significant delays or a lost shipment, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner and keep you updated.

If the courier confirms the package as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

  • Please record a clear video while opening the parcel.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us resolve the issue quickly for you.


9. Service Areas

We currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability.

You can check the serviceability by entering your area pin code in the product page, we will give you the approximate delivery date.
