Return & Refund Policy

At Giggles Gallery India, we carefully inspect and pack every babywear item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for regular purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.

1. When Returns Are Accepted

We can only accept returns if:

The product was damaged during shipping, or
You received an incorrect item.

All other reasons, including change of mind or size preference, cannot be accommodated due to the nature of our products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gigglesgallery.india@gmail.com.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the package as received.
A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label
- The full opening process
- The condition of the item inside
Failure to provide a complete unboxing video will result in automatic denial of the claim.
Edited, cut, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.

3. Review & Resolution

Once we receive your return request:

Our team will review the photos and video within 2-5 business days.
If approved, we will either:
- Replace the item (subject to availability), or
- Refund the amount to your original payment method.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

4. Important Notes

Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Slight color variations or fabric differences are normal and are not considered defects.
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper documentation may not be eligible for resolution.
