Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Eligibility
All order cancellation requests must be submitted prior to shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation Request Process
To request cancellation, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing:

Please include:
Order number
Reason for cancellation
Failure to submit a cancellation request within the stipulated timeframe will result in automatic denial.
3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
Cancellation requests must be made prior to dispatch.
Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD deliveries may result in suspension of COD privileges for your account.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
5. Modification of Orders
Any request to modify order details (including size, shipping address, or contact information) must be made before shipment.
Requests made after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
6. Limitation of Liability
Giggles Gallery India reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
No liability shall arise from rejected cancellations or delays caused by customer failure to comply.
